Timbers Country Lodge is the all inclusive Celebrations and Events Venue, catering for that special Birthday, Anniversary, Christening, Corporate or Charity Event.
Whether it’s a table in the restaurant for a small group of people, a private party in one of our function rooms, a celebration event for you or your family or you would like to organise a charity event or festive/other event for your organisation, Timbers Country Lodge offers you a good service to suit all your requirements.
Our menu options are generous, offering good quality locally sourced food which is freshly prepared daily onsite.
If you have any special requirements and requests, this is not a problem, our events coordinator will sit down with you and go through all your requirements and a schedule will be drawn up outlining everything from start to finish for ensuring your celebration/ event runs like clockwork.

* The Hayloft will be undergoing refurbishments through 2018/2018 and the capacity will then be lowered to 50 guests.

The marquee is a permanent structure 90 feet long and 30 feet wide and dressed with elegant ivory drapes and crystal chandeliers.
With its own bar, toilets, heating, air conditioning, private courtyard and large dance floor, the marquee is a gorgeous space for your corporate party, celebration, and any other private function.
Also popular for award ceremonies, school proms, fairs and exhibitions.

The Hayloft is multi-functional; with different table layouts, a private bar and small dance floor. It is air-conditioned, and can currently hold up to 80* delegates.
It has a fitted projection screen, and we have a projector available for hire.
Self-service refreshments such as a buffet, tea and coffee, can be available in the designated catering area. There are different table layouts based on your event.

With its 28 seating capacity, the old Forge holds a lot of charm and character with its beamed ceiling and inglenook fire place.
This is the perfect suite, ideal for the smaller private dinner party where it will seat 28 depending on the desired layout.
Popular with local businesses for off site meetings, with use of a overhead projector and a pull down screen, free Wi-Fi and electric sockets.
